MilesQuote is independent. We are not an airline, not an agent of one, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any loyalty programme. Programme names are used for identification only.
Loyalty programmes set their own terms. Your account is governed by the airline's programme rules, not by us.
Some programmes restrict or prohibit third-party activity. That can include sale, purchase, barter, brokerage or transfer of miles. Review the applicable programme terms before proceeding, and decide for yourself whether an action is permitted for your account.
Estimated valuations are not transaction prices. Figures on our value pages and calculators estimate the cash fare a redemption avoids. They are not offers and not guaranteed payouts.
Quotes are indicative. We publish no rate table. Any figure we send is prepared individually for your request and is never a promise of price or completion.
We never ask for account credentials. No passwords, PINs, one-time codes, security answers or full payment-card details — in a form or in correspondence. Anyone who does ask should be treated as a fraud risk.
Miles can lose value. Programmes reprice awards, raise surcharges and change expiry rules without notice. A balance is not a stable store of value.
What we will and will not do
We will tell you when a redemption beats a sale, and we will decline a request rather than invent a quote. We will not encourage you to breach programme terms, and we will not claim inventory, availability or airline relationships we do not have.
