Trust & safety
Our commitments
The mileage space attracts bad actors because accounts are valuable. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, stated so you can hold us to them.
What we commit to
- No published rates. Every quote is prepared individually and described as indicative, never guaranteed.
- No fabricated social proof. No invented reviews, testimonials, transaction counts or inventory claims appear anywhere on this site.
- No implied airline partnership. We are independent. Airline names are used for identification only, and we display no airline logos.
- No credential requests. We will never ask for your frequent-flyer password, PIN or one-time codes.
- No encouragement to breach programme terms. Where a programme prohibits what you are asking about, we say so.
Risks you should understand
Frequent-flyer programmes own their currencies and set their own rules. Miles can be devalued, expired or cancelled under programme terms, and transfers outside official channels may breach those terms. Those risks sit with the account holder, not with us.
How to protect yourself anywhere
Use a unique password and multi-factor authentication on every programme. Enable transaction notifications. Keep balances close to what you plan to redeem. Never share credentials, and be sceptical of anyone promising guaranteed rates or availability.
Reporting a problem
If you believe you have been targeted by mileage fraud, contact your programme immediately, change your password, and report the incident to the relevant consumer authority in your country.
Questions
- How do I know MilesQuote is legitimate?
- Judge us on disclosure rather than presentation: we publish no rates, claim no airline partnership, show no fabricated reviews or transaction counts, and never ask for account credentials.
- What should I do if someone asks for my login?
- Refuse and stop the conversation. No legitimate counterparty needs your password, PIN or one-time codes.
- Can an airline cancel miles it believes were sold?
- Yes. Programmes reserve the right to cancel miles or close accounts for breaches of their terms. That risk sits with the account holder.
MilesQuote is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any airline or loyalty programme. Programme names are used for identification only. We publish no fixed rates; every quote is indicative, prepared individually, and never a guarantee of price or completion. Always check your programme's own terms before acting.
