What a sell quote actually involves
You tell us the programme, the approximate balance, and whether the account is in good standing. We review the request and respond with an indicative figure or an honest explanation of why we cannot quote.
No figure we provide is a guaranteed price, and requesting a quote does not commit either side to a transaction.
Programme terms are the central issue
Most frequent-flyer programmes restrict or prohibit transferring miles for value outside their own paid transfer products. Breaching those terms can result in miles being cancelled or an account closed.
We will never advise you to breach your programme's rules. If your programme prohibits what you are asking about, the right answer is that we cannot help, and we will say so.
Which programmes we quote on
We only open a sell funnel for programmes where a realistic quote can be prepared. That is why some programme pages on this site have no sell page: the honest answer is no.
Alternatives worth considering first
Redeeming for your own travel almost always beats selling. So does gifting to family through official channels, or using the programme's own transfer product where one exists.
