- How long does the process take?
- We aim to respond to a complete request within one business day. What happens after that depends on the specifics of the request, and we do not promise a settlement timeframe we cannot control.
- Can expired Qantas Points be sold?
- No. Once points have lapsed they no longer exist to transfer. Qantas applies an inactivity-based expiry window to points. Confirm the current period with Qantas.
- Should I redeem my Qantas Points instead?
- In most cases, yes. Classic Rewards on long-haul business class produce the strongest value; Points Plus Pay is usually the weakest. If you have no plausible redemption within the programme's validity window, a sale becomes worth considering.
